Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were as nice as our room at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Canada, and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely bonus. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, although I was disappointed that we were only refunded for one night. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Benicia, with free parking as an added bonus. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were overall good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while spacious and clean with beautiful classic furniture, felt like an older version compared to the photos. The service was a bit disrupted by noise from outside but the staff members were welcoming and excellent. The location by the bay was wonderful despite some noise from the restaurant downstairs. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast area was small and not very appealing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room had a large shelf with a fireplace and cloth-covered tables, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable bed; however, it was poorly cleaned and had some maintenance issues like a sunken mattress and missing light bulb in the bedside lamp. The service was friendly, but the noise from outside could be disturbing. The location was convenient in the center of Benicia, but the parking area was not well-maintained. The dining experience was good, but the limited breakfast options were a downside. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
